By using Atlas Digital Vault ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
By creating an account or accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and vault password. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Atlas Digital Vault provides secure cloud storage for personal documents with zero-knowledge encryption. We do not access, view, or share your encrypted documents. Your documents are encrypted on your device before they reach our servers.
You may not use the Service for illegal activities, to store prohibited content, or to violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Documents are encrypted using AES-256-GCM with keys derived via PBKDF2-SHA256 (310,000 iterations). You are solely responsible for remembering your vault password. We cannot recover encrypted documents if you lose your vault password — this is by design for your security.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided only within 14 days of initial purchase. Payments are accepted via M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Tigo Pesa, and Visa/Mastercard.
Your data is stored on servers located in Africa (Johannesburg, South Africa). We do not transfer your data outside the African continent.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, unauthorized access due to compromised credentials, or service interruptions.
We may terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
